WHAT THIS IS:
This is a 60-minute space set aside for you.
It’s a conversation where you can bring your questions, doubts, hopes, and half-formed thoughts without worrying about being judged or “fixed.”In these sessions, I:
• Listen deeply without an agenda
• Ask gentle, honest questions
• Help you name what’s already stirring in your story
• Offer reflection from a pastoral perspective if it’s welcomeIt’s rooted in sacred curiosity, compassion, and grace. No sermon. No sales pitch. Just presence.
WHAT THIS ISN'T:
This isn’t therapy — I’m not a licensed counselor, and I won’t try to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
It’s not crisis intervention — if you’re in immediate distress or thinking of harming yourself or others, please reach out to 988 (U.S.) or local crisis support.
It’s not a place where I’ll pressure you into church attendance, prayer, or belief.
It’s also not about “fixing” you — because you’re not broken.This is simply a conversation between two humans — one of whom happens to be a priest who believes in the dignity, value, and belovedness of every person.
